Situation
Pre-seed advisory engagement with a novel deep tech company that needed to translate differentiated sensor tech into a story investors could fund. Scope included investor narrative development, pitch deck design, and ongoing technical product marketing.
Outcome
Multiple rounds raised at increasing valuations. Exited stealth publicly in 2025. Worked closely with Teradar's CEO and SVP of Product. Produced CES demo video content.

Lux Labs Displays
Situation
Consulting project with an MIT transparent projection film startup. They had significant web traffic but weak conversion and low sales. A 30-SKU product line was too complex. Messaging led with technical specs instead of user language and B2B outcomes.
Outcome
Product line was simplified to two offerings (B2B and B2C paths). 100% ROI within 6 weeks through sales uplift and improved margins. Website and pricing structure held through acquisition.

IPO Multimedia Roadshow
Situation
Consulting project for a privately held tech company that needed a video series to anchor their pre-IPO institutional investor roadshow - a high stakes, regulated process on a compressed timeline.
Outcome
The company ultimately pivoted from IPO to a private equity raise approach due to market conditions. But the fundraise succeeded. And the narrative held through the pivot.

Reframe Systems
Situation
I recorded an unscripted video conversation with the co-founder of a robotics-enabled construction startup (Reframe Systems) that needed to articulate a complex story spanning AI, prefab manufacturing, and BizOps innovation.
Outcome
Produced and edited a tight 30 min interview that articulates Reframe's full narrative - their technology, market, and vision - in plain language. Used for PR / media, recruiting, and GTM alignment.
Major medical device company
Situation
FT user research work at Altitude, an industrial design firm (acq by Accenture). Conducted in-context qualitative research and technical / product roadmapping for a medical device manufacturer navigating complex regulatory and clinical requirements related to aging independently at home.
Outcome
Research findings shaped product direction for the next generation of fall alert solutions and informed M&A acquisition priorities for adjacent connected care technologies.

Akeneo
Situation
Contract product marketing role at Akeneo. The team needed a scalable way to qualify enterprise prospects, retain existing accounts, and communicate value across a complex B2B buying process.
Outcome
Built a key GTM tool that has run for 6+ years, generated tens of thousands of data points, and automated lead routing. Translated and localized into four languages. Still in use.
